Legends at Clara

Really wonderful complex that is efficient and upscale! I have lived in many different cities, including NYC and in Tennessee near Nashville, and this is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in! They have top quality amenities, are very clean and organized with keeping the grounds orderly and operational, extremely quick and efficient with maintenance requests, and excellent when it comes to communication. On top of that, they frequently organize special events for the residents like having a variety of unique food trucks come to the property, as well as offer holiday themed spreads for the community. So far I have loved living here and would absolutely stay for many years if it were not for needing to relocate due to work. Definitely worth applying to!

I had removed my first original review because I was not please with the conflict resolution from our issue with one of our neighbors being extremely noisy but the way management has handled the situation as of late has made me feel heard and taken care of. As I mentioned before, I consider myself to be a fair person, that's why I am leaving this review. I understand there isnt much management can do when there is a resident not willing to follow the rules and the best they can do is give them warnings for being too loud. At least there has been an effort and I am pleased with that. I would like to address the other complaints here like parking, there is plenty of parking and during the weekends people tend to have visitors, which is understanding, so just plan accordingly. Legends at Clara is a great place to call home! The management staff is awesome and our maintenance staff rocks! The property and amenities are excellent. I would recommend Legends to anyone looking for their forever beach home!!!!

Dont move here. Management (Regan) is TOTALLY HANDS OFF. She's got a real scrappy attitude too... doesn't belong in Management!!! If you have issues with your neighbors... they are YOUR ISSUES... you have to go to the Sheriff! I've never felt so unsafe in my own home.
