I lived in Lofts at Shockoe Slip, the apartment was ok, I started with a major roach infestation that they felt I was being dramatic about until they came and saw all the roaches on my own traps. Then the sky light leaked I put in two work orders which they claimed they fixed but I have cameras and no one ever came in so I know they lie. When I moved out I realized that leave kept on and ruined several of my things. I know I was paying cheap so I expected some of this what I am most shocked about is that they sent me a letter saying I’ll get my deposit back HOWEVER 60 days later nothing. I reach out and they had the nerve to say they sent it Oct 28 but due to the holidays there could be a delay. Laughable because what holiday….Veterans?? Anyhow I can’t recommend them at all now because as

I’ve been a resident at Washington Square in Suffolk, Va since June and have had a consistently negative experience. The property has serious maintenance and management issues. My unit dehumidifier has been not working for months, several appliances in my unit are rusted, there was visible mold under sinks, and unit was not prepped (despite being told it was) when I first moved in. My air conditioning was down for two weeks during the summer with no rent adjustment offered. Maintenance requests take far too long to be completed, largely due to delays from corporate, not employees. The walls are rather thin, parking is always limited, and exterior building doors are often left unlocked. Common areas are also neglected the dumpster frequently overflows into the parking lot, there are pests

Legend Property Group manages Cary Street Station. My girlfriend’s car was stolen out of the CSS parking lot. Can’t blame them for that but their response has been quite disappointing. CSS said the security footage has been unavailable for a month so they have not shared it with us. We spoke with another resident whose car was hit and run in the parking lot last week and they were told the same thing. CSS have done nothing for us beyond giving us a replacement parking pass, for $50, and we are still waiting on our replacement gym fob and mail room key which will be another $50 each. Given that during the two most recent water issues in Richmond we weren’t even offered a charity bottle of water, I can’t say I’m that surprised with their response to this. Cary Street Station and LPG will cer

DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE. Legend Property Group intentionally makes all resident services extremely difficult and places their powerless property managers between them and you. I have experienced 4 different property managers in the past 2 years who have been unable to help me (incorrectly sent eviction notice, theft, sideswiped car, trash piling up for days). Somehow their camera footage mysteriously disappears after a week. If zero stars was an option, that would be my rating.

I would not recommend Legend Property Group to anyone. The property manager Sheila Vinson-Bazemore at Tower507 displayed extreme unprofessionalism and unethical behavior. I applied online and immediately after received a phone call from Sheila, she was very rude and even made the comment "why are you applying for a apartment in Portsmouth , if you work in another city. It is clearly not the property manager's business, nor should they question potential tenants about their reasons for wanting to live in a specific city. First red flag after submitting her requested documents, there was no follow-up and shortly after the apartment unexpectedly reappeared as available on their website, very suspicious company overall. Seek housing elsewhere where you are not only respected but valued.
