It is deeply concerning that there appears to be little regard for the well-being of residents who have paid to live in these properties. Additionally, the inability to reach the property management company due to a disconnected phone line is highly alarming. The lack of oversight and accountability regarding staff interactions with tenants reflects poorly on the management. From the mishandling of a weather-related disaster—leaving residents in an unfurnished, spare apartment—while the maintenance and cleanup crew further damaged property and disregarded tenant requests, to the administrative staff rarely being on-site or available for only limited hours, the level of service provided is wholly unacceptable.
