I absolutely love living here! The condominium is always very clean and well-organized, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. The staff provides excellent customer service, and Claudia deserves special recognition for her kindness and professionalism. I also appreciate how the staff organizes activities for the tenants, creating a sense of community. They genuinely care about the residents and are always quick to respond when needed. Highly recommend!

Living at Villa Vicenza has been the best experience! Been here for 9 years and it’s been nothing but great from day one! From the staff at the leasing office who are super attentive and helpful, to the very efficient maintenance team. Special thanks to the Office Manager, Zairy, who is always so kind and so very helpful and always willing to go the extra mile for all her tenants!!

Villa Vicenza has been our home for almost 10 years. The reason we are moving is because we bought a house. However, I still feel melancholic about having to part ways. Everyone here, from employees to neighbors, is very polite. Zairy, the manager, is amazing. She has always gone above and beyond to help us including when after moving out of state, we decided to come back. More than a manager she is a community leader. I love the way she leads the staff in order to maintain the community immaculate. The maintenance team is outstanding here. They will fix any issue that arises at the speed of light. I mean it. I've had a wonderful experience living at Villa Vicenza for the last 4 years. The condominium is always in impeccable condition and the upkeep is amazing.
