Nice place-EXCEPT-Idk WHAT kind of epoxy they used on the floors-but it looks like pee n poo stained floors-! When in fact its just the color they used-! Plus multiple cracks EVERYWHERE on the floors-And I've been in multiple apts-they ALL are like that-dont understand WHY they chose such aweful colors-!

Terrible decision to move here I came here thinking they had a clean pool gym , but no it’s been 5years and the gym has been locked the pool is rarely open and for some reason my key never worked to get in they have maintenance inspection every freaking week it seems like but they never show up you’re waiting all day. They never come . They say that they have to inspect maintenance work but nothing ever gets worked on my AC has gone out multiple times throughout the five years I’ve been here it’s been a nightmare and now there’s no one call you can’t get a hold of anybody on the weekends or after hours which sucks because if you have an emergency, you have no one to contact they’re so concerned about what you have on your patio instead of actually fixing the things inside the apartment tha

apartments are too close to factories, 6-8am every weekdays i get woken up by loud machines.
