I had a terrible experience with this company. They failed to properly record a deed, which resulted in me losing my property because I was not placed in the correct lien position. This mistake cost me significantly, both financially and personally. Title companies are trusted with critical responsibilities, and when they fail to do their job correctly, the consequences can be devastating. I cannot recommend this company and strongly advise others to look elsewhere for reliable, competent service. A lawsuit will filed. It was your duty to record the lien and your company failed to do so.
