I would not recommend this property if you value security, cleanliness, or transparency. The community has no controlled access—there are four parking gate entrances and multiple pedestrian walkways that remain open to anyone in the surrounding area, allowing unrestricted entry at all times. There are no assigned parking spaces, and parking is extremely limited late at night. If residents park elsewhere for safety and walk back, vehicles may be towed despite the lack of secure on-site options. Law enforcement has been called to the property on multiple occasions, which raises additional safety concerns. Over time, extra fees continue to be added to the rent with little transparency. My husband and I moved into this community in May 2025, and it has been a very positive experience. The environment is quiet, clean, and safe. The application process was quick and efficient, and the leasing office staff was very friendly and professional at all times. The maintenance team provides excellent service, always responding promptly and courteously. The neighbors are also quiet and respectful, which makes the place even more pleasant to live. The location is very convenient, close to the airport, the seaport, and other key locations. Although airplanes can sometimes be heard, it isn't a problem. The green areas are very well maintained, giving a feeling of freshness and order. I definitely recommend this community to those looking for a nice place to live.

I love this place! Been here almost 10 years. seen this place bloom, from the 1rst day when they purchased this property, owners & management put a lot of effort into what it is today! Great neighbors and awesome amenities, definitely will recommend it to anyone!
