Model home is beautiful - I've worked with Austin on sales of a number of the homes in this development as well as Valor Estates. John Houston builds a beautiful home, and when I spend time down here this seems like an ideal location, just minutes from the interstate but far enough away that you feel more like you're in the country!

We purchased a home from John Houston, valor estates, beautiful home, but still dealing with unresolved issues. The warranty department doesn’t respond on time. There are many things we are still waiting for to get taken care of.

Beautiful homes, but management is horrible and has been giving my family and I the run around for 7 months. We put the deposit down in November of 2021 to get our home built and all they have done is put dirt on the plot. I would not do business with these people if I could do it again.
