Legacy Place

Encountered a Huge sinkhole in the parking lot almost swallowed and damaged my vehicle picking up a friend for a funeral in Federal Way via Renton!!!

Looks GREAT FOR THE TAKING BUT DONT LET THE DEVIL FOOL YOU. First issue that should of made me realize I wasn't allowed to do a walk thru or even see the apartment I was renting until I gave them my full deposit n rent then I was allowed to see my place had no idea what the layout was til then n I'm disabled with limited mobility but I'm in a upstairs apartment. So from that point it only became worse n I received my keys on 07/21/16

Not a safe place to live. I moved in last week and last night my car window was broken and stole everything ( just my gym shoes and a cologne). It is located close to a food bank so lota of homeless and adicts walking around. Think it twice before getting a long term lease here.

When I first moved to this place I thought it a good place for living with my family and friends! The compactor garbage is small really bad they are never clean up! This is the worst ever had place in my live

My grandfather has lived here for 11 years and they have recently decided to up the rent so much that he has to move out. They never repair stuff in a okay amount of time. Neighborhood is sketchy.
