Legacy Partners has consistently mismanaged the Enclave at Vista Ridge property in Erie. They have been criminally negligent in their dereliction of duties and have responded with gaslighting in lieu of ownership, half-measures in lieu of fair and reasonable resolution, and minimal communication in matters that warrant the opposite. They had no emergency call platform at all in their Erie property. Instead of taking ownership, they misrepresented the situation as a "temporary issue". Well, that temporary issue lasted at least a month and included them missing an emergency call about a suspected gas leak. They never responded to that call - though, I did leave a message on a phone system connected to the number they gave residents for - among other things - emergency calls. Did they accept

Horrible customer service ,You know the saying "The fish stink from the head?'" Well the property customer service and manager, service is horrible they dont care if you seat an wait to get info , they too busy social between themselves one time i waited 20 minutes the lady was on the phone with the offices, second time manager and the other person are busy in the back room talking and sending text messages as it social time while other person help someone to move in that wasn't not even in the office cant i just get availability option. I left 4 messages to the management legacy partners NO one return my calls I am a potential customer who pay for that "products $24000 a year more then buying a car ..... .So if the customer isn't good before you buy the product i guarantee it will
