Legacy Nob Hill

Terrible experience. Made an appointment today because I’m really interested in one if the apartments that just opened up. Someone rescheduled to me by email and offered me come into the property. I came today Monday at 9:45 which was the earliest they had available. I made the appointment on Sunday night, which goes to show how interested I was. I come in and they guy that there, offered me to take a seat with him. After I told him the apartment I was looking for, he goes to say he doesn’t have any models to show me, and that all can do is show me pictures. He didn’t even offer to show me around the property either at any given moment. All he offered to do was show me pictures of the apartment and said to complete the application online. I’m not completing any application for a property I

Love living here but FYI people don’t pick up their dog poop. There are many dog stations that provide bags and trash but for some reason the community does not like to pick it up. So lots of poop on the floor and sidewalks

The property is well maintained, beautiful, resort style. The staff are friendly, prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. They care about the people and the property and it shows.

I’ve been living at Legacy Nob Hill for almost 2 years. I started in a 1-bedroom and later moved into a 2-bedroom. The rent is reasonable for the area, and one of the things I appreciate most is how simple it is to submit a service ticket. Most of the time, the team responds within 24 hours. For example, my leaky faucet was fixed the very next day, and when my AC broke, they resolved it the same day. The community is also kept very clean, which I love. The only downside is having to pay for garbage because some tenants throw away furniture and oversized items in the bins. Aside from that, I’ve been very happy living here and would recommend it.

Searching for an apartment can be challenging, but the team at Legacy Nob Hill made the experience enjoyable and rewarding. The staff provided me with detailed information and delivered exceptional service every step of the way. I’m excited to call Legacy Nob Hill my future home!
