Don’t respect their tenants, don’t show up on time, all they want is your money and will find any excuse to delay, keep and/or reduce your deposit return. Be careful! They show old photos of the house when it was in good shape way before you got it to say you damaged stuff. Take photos, notes and write ON your lease the stuff that is wrong on the house and make them sign before you move in.

PLEASE TAKE PICTURES OF THE PROPERTY BEFORE SIGNING THE LEASE AND EMAIL THEM TO THE AGENT. We were rented a property in a not so good condition ... they try every trick on the book to not give you the SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK... the properties do not get fixed.... I sent them over 10 notices that the properties ceiling was falling... it became a hazard .. a sofa and a tv got wet and they did not do anything.. as a matter of fact them kept half of the deposit. The agents were rude when we tried to get our deposit back. They scheduled a time and made us wait over an hour. There was so much going on... we were good tenants, paid everything on time. I have pictures and proof of everything!!

Unprofessional and Cheap - Expecting Tenants to Fix Everything I've had a frustrating experience renting a property managed by Legacy Landmark Agency. They consistently push their responsibilities onto tenants and are reluctant to send maintenance unless pressed. For example, I reported that the dryer was taking four or more cycles to dry clothes. Their response? "Please clean the filter screen." After explaining that we always clean it and the issue likely involved the dryer vent, they replied, "This is an easy job. Please help yourself." I had to push back, reminding them that it’s a fire hazard and not my responsibility. Only then did they agree to send someone. A similar issue occurred yesterday when our hot water stopped working. We had a good owner , unfortunately they moved out of state and chose Legacy as property management for us a few years back . I’m so happy they chose them . There has not been 1 time that I needed something done that they didn’t accommodate me . They have a great team, the girls in the office are really the heart and soul of the company as well as the repairmen ( shout out to Paul and the guys) they are very professional and proficient, and have always made me feel welcomed anytime I went into the office .. I feel they do a great job.. I can rest assured that if anything goes wrong they have my back!

Im upset that I can’t give anything less than 1 star… absolutely horrible management company. They make approve things then later deny, they do a horrible job of getting things fixed, communication is not a thing. I refused to sign a lease with them because of their constant displays of unprofessional mismo and inconsistency. No thank you!!
