I’m so happy with Landsea Homes , the mortgage process was very smooth , excellent home quality and finished, my experience with Veronica Vasquez was great! She went above and beyond in the whole process and the builder Grant was excellent. This is a beautiful community with a great central location close to everything, I really recommend Landsea Homes and Legacy Landings in Davenport.

We couldn’t have a better experience… Beatriz was a delight to work with, she went far and beyond helping us to get our dream home. The process was fast, honest, helpful, responsive… a blessing. Getting a new house can be very stressful, but definitely would come back to work with Legacy and Beatriz… best prices in the area and believe me when I’m telling you, they have the best materials and designs out there.

I’m an owner in Legacy Landings Landsea homes is the best builder in central Florida! Excellent floor plans the only one with Townhomes with 4 / 3 bath , my mom lives with me she can’t go upstairs so she sleep confortable on the first floor with her full bath , Veronica Vasquez was my sales Rep she was great , excellent customer services I really recommend this community and the builder , thanks Landsea !!

Verónica helped us find our home and we couldn’t be more grateful!!!! She’s amazing. The community is amazing, it’s in a great area and there’s a target, movie theater, Publix, and Aldi pretty close among other great places.
