Great experience working with Camila, the leasing manager. She was helpful, responsive, and made the process easy from start to finish. Juan, the property manager, was also professional and welcoming. The team made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

I need to give an all out praise to Camila Silva for all her efforts and going the extra mile to assist us in switching units. Also, I need to acknowledge Assist manager Evelyn. She made sure the unit was updated with new appliances and everything was just perfect for our move. My family is very satisfied & comfortable with this team! They assist in whatever is needed on the property. Kudos!

The rent includes water, trash, and pest control monthly as preventative maintenance. I only must take care of the electricity, internet, and renter insurance. The move in process is super easy and fast due to everything done on Rent cafe like signing the lease prior to the move in date. I only needed to come in with my move in charges on a money order. Resident and guest parking is unassigned and only need to register my guest during afterhours on Oncallparking .com. Thankfully there is always parking. In the last 2 months it has been brought to my attention lots of stairways and elevators being cautioned taped. Only to realize stairways have been painted, giving it a nicer clean look. Elevators are slowly being replaced completely, pressure cleaning building and even painting resident do

Camila & the team are awesome. She personally has helped out with so many different situations since moving here & always has great energy everytime I come to the office. Great person and a great staff behind her ✔️

I recommend Legacy Lake Vista Apartments. It’s a very quiet, clean, and friendly community. I recently transferred units, and Camila was very helpful with everything and made the process smooth and stress free. Overall, it’s a great place to live.
