We truly enjoyed our experience working with Legacy on our custom home! No custom home build experience is perfect, but I can honestly say we had an overall enjoyable experience with Doug and Nate as well as their subs! From the beginning, we appreciated how detail oriented Nate was during the planning and bid stages. It’s very important to them to know exactly what their customer wants so that the bid is as close as it can be to the final cost! They communicated very well throughout our build on cost of change orders and keeping us and them on track with the cost of the project. Building with Doug and Nate was a tremendous experience. I have had several custom homes built for me in the past and working with Legacy Homes was such a better experience. They actually listened to me, which isn't always the case with builders. They understood my needs and worked hard to ensure they were met. We had monthly spread sheets on all expenses and came in right at the bid prices.
