Legacy Creekside Apartments

Unfortunately my experience with management has been way below expectations I would get better customer service from the teenager that works at the McDonald's down the street. From my gf car being towed and me having proof that the parking pass was done correctly time stamped proof to my own truck being towed. Having to sign several different leases caused they kept messing it up to a few late fees cause of their web portal being messed up. Having been helped in the office by one of the girls to set up automatic payments and it not going thru etc they do not know how to communicate like adults. Last week the female manager hung up on me cause I would not let her put words into my mouth and talk over me. This week I come out to paint splattered on my brand new truck from the maintenance guy

I love it here at Legacy Creekside. Absolutely beautiful and peaceful. From the time I stepped in the office to apply Georgina and Annisa has been a great help on moving forward. Both of these ladies were so amazing. They are so full of energy and life. I couldn't have picked a better place to reside. My Son and grandbabies came to my place and were so excited for me as well, saying I have beautiful place ✔️💙. Legacy Creekside is beautiful, the property inside and out and the office team are outstanding. If you ever want fast quick responses, come to Legacy. It has been a win win situation for me all around. Thanks Georgina and Annisa.

I’m in the process of moving into Legacy Creekside, and my experience so far has been great. The office has been very friendly and cooperative. Georgia has been especially helpful — she’s made the whole move-in process clear and stress-free, even helping us coordinate with our current lease and move-in date. The property looks beautiful, and the amenities are impressive. I’m really looking forward to living here.

What a wonderful experience. After looking at so many places and not finding anything acceptable, we were brought to Legacy. From the beginning Georgia had a great vibe! She gave us a tour and explained everything to us. She went out of the way to make sure my unit had a bathtub that I wanted. The place is beautiful! We showed up on the right day because on Wednesdays Georgia makes cookies!!

I’ve lived at Legacy Creekside for over 3 yrs and think the complex has been great. Georgia in the office has always been on top of any maintenance issues I’ve had and answered any questions with my lease renewal. She definitely makes sure you feel taken care of. Maintenance staff has always been great. Definitely staying as a happy resident!
