Legacy did a complete kitchen remodel, inclusive of expanding surface area and removing walls, etc. Everyone from the Legacy team was professional, patient with questions, always responsive, attentive, and provided excellent quality. We had an amazing team (highlighting Joel) and project manager (Kevin) assigned to our project, and all work started and ended on time, without delays. Any time an unexpected issue arose, the team addressed it immediately and we were always a part of the consultation and decision making for the fix, supported by their knowledge and expertise. When choosing Legacy, I had informed them that I was going to be involved and particular about every detail. This was welcomed by their team and they knocked every detail out of the park. Legacy was a great design/build firm for our total kitchen remodel. We first decided to use them because of the work they put into the initial bid. Unlike many others who would not even produce a sketch without a design fee, Legacy created 3-D renderings from their measurements and we were able to see their creativity and skill. Every step of the way, we were partners in the design. Michelle Schneider had great design ideas and built on these further by collaborating on design with us and with great contractors for cabinet design, tile, and flooring. Jeff Ross was a great project manager who managed to finish the job 2 weeks early and who responded immediately to every concern and every new design idea. We recently had Legacy demolish our old concrete patio, decking, and screened in porch and put in a new patio, dual decks, and a four seasons room. We are very happy with the finished product, and can say that the overall process, from design to selections to work planning and construction was clear and most everything happened when it was supposed to happen ... or we received appropriate notice to any revisions. The on-site project manager and his assistant were on the job virtually every single day of the work, and they had a strong attention to detail. Legacy provides a high quality product, and I'd recommend them ... but be prepared to pay significantly more than other contractors for the same type job.
