if i could leave 0 stars I would, been dealing with mice for a year now. put in work orders, they never did anything to fix the issue, multiple times and nothing happened. my lease ends oct 3 so because of this reason I have been wanting to move out. saw another mice this morning and told the office I would not be re newing the lease, they told me that I have to give 30 day notice so now have to pay for all of October. made a report with the health department, and asked if they can comprise with me because it’s only one month left but they refused. so I want to let everyone know how these apartments really are and what they don’t show. ridiculous

Came to tour on the 21st with my son, he spoke with leasing agent dunte maybe a week before he was very kind and nice..he said carly the other agent works sat (this past wknd) to tour and that she will take care of him’! THAT didnt happen Carly was rude and rushing as if she didn’t want to show my son what he wanted.. I’m his mom so of course I want him safe where he move and taken cared of…he felt very rushed…she’s not nice! Nice apartments but nasty/rude laasing leading lady

I really tried with them. I won't be renewing my lease. The hoops I have to go through just to upgrade/move to a new unit was insane. I was finally going to just do it, but then all of a sudden... The apartment was taken. I love my current unit, I want to be clear! But it's time to go! I also during the process kept getting ask if I can afford to. She was very partial that you needed to make three times the rent... If I paid rent in my current unit. I'm not sure what that is about. I even pay rent early. She kept saying " can you afford it on your own"... I literally was the only one working in the household. So obviously I can. I don't know why I'm expected to explain that. Felt weird. Things have truly went bad since new management took over. Failure to provide pest control. Seeing how roaches are mentioned 16 times in 16 different reviews this shouldn’t surprise you. Management will respond to this trying to save face, but it’s guaranteed the residents are putting themselves on this pest control “list” and they’re doing nothing to ensure anything is done. They’ve also failed to maintain a safe environment during winter storms. Iced no walkways during freezing rain and only tied warning tape at the bottom of 3 flights of stairs as if that is going to help anybody. It’s a disaster. With 5 different 1 star reviews from tenants in the last month this shouldn’t surprise you. I no longer recommend living here. There’s better options for your money.

Do NOT live here if you value your safety. On December 23, 2025 I found my mailbox vandalized and Christmas gifts for my mother stolen. The apartment was notified and all that was offered was a replacement mailbox key. I raised concerns about raising the security to the mail area to which nothing was done. On January 1, 2026 my roommate and I returned from a New Year's Eve party to find our apartment had been burglarized. Approximately $10,000 worth of items were taken including laptops, consoles, TV's, firearms, golf clubs, medical equipment, suits, and other miscellaneous items. The event was reported to Legacy Brooks with supporting documentation. Only the locks on our doors were changed. There is a security camera from the mini-market positioned 10 yards away from our apartment that up
