Legacy at Twin Oaks

This is a nice complex, but does anyone ever clean the grounds? There is garbage on the ground that will sit there for weeks. All the garbage cans are overflowing at least 3 days every week. The place is also covered in dog poop. No one cleans up after their dogs. They handled the snow well, but normal cleaning is lacking. The manager needs to walk the grounds and pay attention.

Legacy at twin oaks is an amazing place to live, the apartments are spacious, comfortable and pet friendly. The property has a nice location and it’s just a walking distance to McDonald’s and Lowe’s food. They are pet inclusive community (no breed or weight restrictions) and you can move in with your furry(best) friend. They also have an incredible dog/cat bar full of treats in the leasing office, where my dogs love to stop by for some extra treats. The property managers are very friendly and helpful, they are also bilingual (Portuguese/Spanish speakers)! The maintenance team go above and beyond. They are knowledgeable about the property. The apartments are outdated. The insulation is very poor. You can hear the neighbors conversation in your house. Every time they take a step you can hear it clearly.. sounds like they are stomping. The parking is bad as well. The internet goes out frequently and they make you get their package. The pool is close a lot during the summer days. If these things don’t bother you maybe this is the place for you.

I was nervous to move from a house to an apartment, but moving to this community has been such a good decision for me and my family! The front office staff is kind and responsive. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently. I also love that they do a lot of proactive grounds keeping like pressure washing, landscaping, and parking lot upkeep. The amenities exceed expectations for this area. We frequently get comments from guests about how nice the inside of the apartment is! If you’re looking for a place to live, check it out!

The Legacy at Twin Oaks is a fantastic place to live — quiet, clean, and in a great location. The apartments are spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed, and the community feels safe and well-maintained. It’s clear that the management team takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly. But the real standout here is the maintenance team. They are hands-down the best part of living at Legacy. Camden, one of the service techs, went above and beyond by coming out on a Saturday to fix my air conditioning. He was prompt, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was working properly before he left. That level of dedication is rare and truly appreciated.
