Legacy at The Roads

I had a similar experience to the person who recently left a review. Me and my husband made an appointment for 12pm, showed up before the time of the appointment and waited 30 minutes just for no one to show up. We called several times, and even emailed them. We wasted half of our lunch break on this. The whole experience is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. If to do business they act like this, I can’t imagine how long management takes to answer to a maintenance request.

I scheduled a tour online but when I arrived, there was no one in the building. I called to get information about where the leasing office was and no one answered. The information email also had zero information about how to get to the leasing office. This place clearly doesn’t want to lease these units. Very poor leasing office management.

I recently visited Legacy at The Roads to inquire about rental options, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The information manager, Vanessa, was incredibly welcoming and provided all the information I needed. She was very knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions thoroughly. The property itself is beautifully maintained, with a clean and inviting atmosphere. It's evident that the management team takes excellent care of the building and its amenities. I left with a very positive impression and am seriously considering making Legacy at The Roads my next home. Highly recommend!

I couldn't be happier living here! The management team is truly outstanding. They are always responsive, attentive, and genuinely care about the well-being of the residents. From organizing fun community events to quickly addressing any maintenance issues, they go above and beyond to make this place a great home. The complex is well-maintained, safe, and has a friendly atmosphere, thanks to the dedication of the management team. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to live.

I lived in Legacy at the Roads for 1.5 years and couldn't be happier with my experience. The management staff, especially Vanessa, is exceptional. She is always friendly, approachable, and incredibly quick to respond to any concerns or questions I have. I also have to commend Willey from the maintenance team. He is always prompt and efficient in addressing any maintenance issues. His expertise and willingness to go the extra mile ensure that everything in my unit was in good condition, contributing to a worry-free living experience. The location is fantastic, situated in a safe and welcoming neighborhood. The Roads is a hidden gem. It's conveniently close to the center of Brickell and a few mins drive to the closest beach. My sincerest thanks to Vanessa and the rest of the team!
