Legacy at South Miami

Finding an apartment and moving into one is never an easy task. I was referred to Legacy at South Miami by a coworker, as she currently resides in one of the buildings. I contacted the office and was greeted and assisted by Jennifer, the Property Manager. She was incredibly polite, pleasant and helpful, and made the entire process, from scheduling a visit to see the unit, answering my infinite questions, to submitting documents and getting the keys, as smooth and easy as possible. She continues to help by contacting and informing her maintenance team with all my requests. Thank you so much for all your help Jennifer!!! You are the absolute best at your job!

10/10. Moving in here was seamless. My partner and I moved in earlier this month. Jennifer the property manager has been so helpful, she’s answered the million and one questions my partner and I have had. We love the neighborhood, it’s PERFECT we are at a walking distance from so many restaurants and bars. Perfect neighborhood for a couple. Our service requests on the portal for maintenance issues have been addressed immediately the same day. You won’t even have to wait more than a day for a response/fix. I love it here! God willing, we plan on staying for a while ;).

Absolutely love living here! The staff is amazing—especially Jennifer, who is always ready to help with a great attitude and a smile. The entire property is clean, well-maintained, and most importantly, feels safe. There have been some beautiful updates recently, including a refreshed gym and stylish new pool furniture, which really add to the overall experience. It truly feels like home—5 out of 5!

I wanted to take a minute to recognize the staff at legacy south Miami. The apartments are nice and well maintained but what really keeps the place going is Jennifer, she’s the best building manager we’ve had since I’ve been here. I have never needed anything that hasn’t been met with the upmost attention and promptness. The maintenance guys Orlando and Amado are not only professional and efficient but kind and friendly. It is such an enjoyable place to live and I hope this staff never changes.
