Legacy at Pinecrest

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Pine Crest Apartments, especially to Jesica Romero, the property manager, and Néstor, the head of maintenance, for the excellent handling of a complicated situation I recently experienced in my apartment related to a serious tile issue. From the very beginning, Jesica showed great professionalism, commitment, and empathy. Likewise, Néstor and his maintenance team were fast, efficient, and very attentive to detail, ensuring the issue was resolved properly and in a timely manner. They truly went above and beyond to resolve the situation, always maintaining a kind, courteous, and respectful approach. It is reassuring to know that the management and maintenance teams work together and genuinely care about their residents. I highly recommend

I reside in legacy at Pinecrest, I can’t say anything but the best about my experience since I moved in. The management team is amazing. Jessika is very professional-the resident event are the best! I ‘ve never seen this in other community. I’m so glad to live in such a great place!

Lived here for about 09 months when it was Waterside Apts July 1999- April 2000. It was a very nice, safe and clean complex. Across the street to Dadeland metro, a lot of stores. the mall and places to eat. walked to the metro every day to take the train to work and back.

I've been living here for a while and honestly, I love it. It's the kind of neighborhood where you feel safe, sleep peacefully, and everything is close to metro, mall, you name it. If something breaks, no stress they fix it fast. Jessika (the manager) is on top of everything, and Nestor from maintenance doesn't miss a beat. Big shoutout to the cleaning guy too super sweet and always working hard to keep things nice. The only thing I'd suggest for improvement is adding a few more cameras in the hallways. There are always a couple of neighbors who didn't get the memo about being respectful and let their pets do their business in the wrong places. Not cool, especially with how hard the staff works to keep this place looking great.

Went to visit a family member and noticed the STRONG marijuana smell! What a shame having kids running around with that smell! Management needs to fix this issue!!!
