Legacy at Palm Aire

My boyfriend and I lived here for 3 years and we had a great time, we’re going to miss it a lot. Sherril is the absolute best, it was always a delight when she’d help us with whatever we’d need. I don’t think I’ve had anyone as friendly as her in any rental I’ve had before. We had a really nice, spacious unit. Maintenance had some understaffing issues, so it was hard sometimes getting immediate help, but when they’d come in everything would go over well. All in all, I think this was the most pleasant apartment living experience I’ve had as far as friendly service and comfortable living.

I absolutely loved living here! The apartment is spacious, and beautifully maintained. The location is perfect — close to shops, restaurants, and public transit, yet still peaceful and quiet. The management team is outstanding: Blanca, Tina, and Sheril are friendly, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure residents feel at home. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the common areas are spotless and well cared for. I also appreciate the little touches that make a big difference — secure entry, well-landscaped grounds, and community events that make it easy to meet neighbors. This is my second time living at this property and it has been a great apartment both times. Tina and her staff do an excellent job of working with the residence and maintaining a beautiful property.

I have lived in this community for 11 years and it has been the best place I've ever lived. Tina, Cheryl, and Blanca are the BEST office staff! They always greet me with a smile in person or a friendly voice on the phone. They quickly respond to any questions or concerns I may have. The maintenance crew, especially Reaves and Chris, always take care of whatever may need fixing and they are very friendly and respectful. If you're looking for a quiet, welcoming community, this is your place!
