Legacy at Hollywood

I'm thrilled with my experience. The management team is incredibly responsive and welcoming, and the complex is excellently maintained with beautiful landscaping and clean common areas. The amenities, like the modern gym and relaxing pool, are fantastic, and community events foster a great sense of connection among neighbors. The apartment itself is spacious and well-lit, offering a quiet and peaceful environment. Its location is also ideal being so close to the casino, with easy access to shopping and dining. Overall, I highly recommend Legacy at hollywood for a comfortable and well-managed living experience!

My family and I just moved in a month ago to Legacy of Hollywood. Our process to move in had some challenges with AT&T and Water Company. Thr Management team at LOH were expectional with the assistance and expertise in handling our challenges. AT&T couldnt come out for week because of the Holidays, so Robert & Kellys offered for me to work from home in their Business Center until then. Their hospitality made all the difference. It felt like visiting with Family. The complex is very well maintained, from cleanliness to landscaping to maintenance in the units when something needs repair. The maintenance team is on task and on time everytime. My family and I are happy we moved here. We look forward to a great year 2026.

This community is in a perfect location close to everything I need! The pool is always sparkling clean and well taken care of, which makes it so enjoyable to use, especially during the summer. I also really appreciate the BBQ area it’s always neat and clean, perfect for weekend gatherings. The management team, led by Kellys, along with her assistant Robert, is fantastic. Raul from maintenance, together with Andres, do a great job keeping everything in excellent condition. They’re all very professional, helpful, and committed to making this a great place to live.

I’ve lived here for a few years now and honestly it’s been such a peaceful place to live. The manager deserves a shoutout because she’s seriously one of the most helpful people I’ve dealt with in any apartment. She actually listens, follows up, and doesn’t make you feel like you’re bothering her. The whole leasing team is the same way-super friendly, they remember you, and they always try to help instead of just giving you the run-around. I grab coffee at the clubhouse every morning, and they always make sure everything is stocked and clean. The dog park is big and perfect for my dogs, and I barely ever hear my neighbors which is amazing for apartment living. I recommend these apartments 100%. I’ve been moving around for quite a while and and since I moved here everything’s been solid. Good customer service and maintenance; everything is fantastic. I also own a tesla so charging at the property has been a breeze since they have electric chargers at the property. Highly recommend guys!
