Legacy at Davie

Today I visited The Legacy at Davie just to gather some information about the community, since I was passing by the area and looking for a one bedroom apartment. Although they don’t carry one bedroom apartments, the experience was wonderful thanks to Kellys. From the very beginning, she made me feel comfortable and welcome. She was very kind and attentive, took her time to show me the property, and gave me a full tour without any rush. Her warmth and professionalism truly stood out. If I ever need to move into a two bedroom apartment, I would not hesitate to come back. I truly enjoyed the visit and left feeling very happy with the way I was treated.

Legacy at Davie is a great place to live for several reasons. First and foremost, the location is prime. We are close to all the major expressways, and we have quick access to several shopping strips and centers. In addition, Legacy at Davie is astetically appealing and is routinely maintained. But most of all, the management (Roberto & Kellys) is the best. They genuinely care about the families that live here. Roberto & Kellys immediately respond to messages (even after hours) and do whatever it takes to resolve any concerns we have. Both Roberto & Kellys are exceptional property managers. Our family is happy here and yours will be to.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the management at Legacy at Davie I went through a difficult situation with a neighbor and from the very beginning the office offered me genuine support. The manager was patient, caring, and always checked on my well being. Thanks to her I now feel heard, and truly valued in this community.

I’ve had a great experience living at Legacy at Davie! Recently, my car was towed by mistake due to a small error when we added the vehicle to the system. I was stressed, but management handled the situation incredibly well. The owner personally stepped in and covered the towing cost, which was way beyond what I expected. A huge thank you to Robert and Kellys for being so responsive and professional throughout the whole process. They communicated clearly, acted quickly, and made sure everything was resolved smoothly. And of course, thank you to the owner for the generosity and understanding.

I've lived in this community for years and Kellys and Roberto have been really helpful and kind to us. I'm greatful to have had the opportunity to participate in the resident event, and to have been lucky enough to win the raffle for this year's Thanksgiving event. Thank you for all your hard work.
