Legacy at Cibolo

I had an amazing tour at Legacy at Cibolo with Justin Torres! He was so helpful, and the whole team has been incredibly prompt with emails—just really on top of everything. I loved seeing residents enjoying the community, and I got some great feedback from them. The clubhouse, pool, and landscaping are all top-notch and so luxurious—this place is a true gem in Boerne!

I moved into Legacy at Cibolo Apartments in April, and I can honestly say, out of all the places to live in Boerne, this was the best choice I could have made. The apartment complex has a truly great view and fantastic facilities, but what really sets it apart is the incredible team. The leasing office staff are consistently helpful and welcoming. Furthermore, the Facilities/Maintenance Crew has been outstanding—prompt, professional, and genuinely helpful whenever I've needed anything. Thank you to the entire team for always fostering such a strong sense of community and perfectly capturing that unique Boerne charm! I highly recommend making your home here!

I’ve been a resident here since March and it has been amazing. Emily welcomed me and showed me around and I was immediately impressed by the quality and cleanliness of the complex and helped me find exactly what my kids and I were looking for hassle free and helped me through the entire process of moving in. The maintenance staff is very attentive and have provided quick and reliable assistance with any issues I’ve had and are very professional and enjoyable to interact with. 10/10 if you’re interested in a apartment community I would check this place out.

I just renewed my lease with Legacy at Cibolo. The leasing office and maintenance department is very kind, respectful, and always handles matters in a timely manner. The property is very clean (including the dog potty area), quiet, and peaceful. Thank you, Emily, Katelyn, Nico, Ruben, and Dennis. You guys do an amazing job.

If you like living with trash, then this place won’t disappoint. This trash pile up NEVER happened with the previous Management. It’s disgusting, smelly, and the trash pick up peeps must be lazy. The dumpsters are NOT full! Ridiculous.
