Absolutely love living here! The community is clean, quiet, and really feels like home. Vanessa, the manager, is amazing—always kind, professional, and truly cares about the residents. The maintenance team is just as great—super responsive and always willing to help with a smile. So grateful to live in a place where the staff genuinely cares!

The building office woman’s behavior has been consistently unprofessional, marked by extended lunch breaks (typically unavailable between 12-3 pm) and a tendency to talk over others. She tries to get rid of you if you come with a problem instead of offering a solution. Her demeanor is not only unpleasant but also reflects poorly on the building. Many residents would appreciate a more courteous and professional manager. Consider assigning a manager who prioritizes excellent customer service and maintains a respectful attitude and this change should naturally result in improved Google reviews.

The only reason to lease here is if it’s the cheapest option available. Be mindful that rent increases every renewal, along with added fees without any improvement or corresponding service. Management is nearly nonexistent. A single admin worker, Vanessa, handles both Legacy at Brickell and Legacy at the Roads, mainly sending email blasts about new fees or rules that shift responsibility onto tenants. The office is often closed. Maintenance is handled by one worker, Raul, who provides low cost fixes that rarely solve the underlying issue. Staff frequently enter units with little notice, citing vague “mandatory” reasons, often while tenants are away. Tenant concerns are ignored.
