Legacy at 19th

This place is spiraling downhill fast. There are now better new buildings nearby to choose from. The water pressure here CONSTANTLY goes low, and each time I have to put in a maintenance request…of which currently I’m at about 15 give or take. On top of that, the building claims to have a “No Noise” policy but is not enforced because I have a neighbor who plays loud music throughout the night having parties from 1am to 9am. I have complained to management multiple times of the music and times but yet nothing has been done except sending an email to everyone of the policy…which nobody reads or even cares about. I was told by management to call the police for noise complaints…ridiculous smh I will not be renewing my lease next year. Choose a better place to call a home because this is more l

Living here has been a great experience overall. The community is clean, well-maintained, and everything around the building, like the elevators, runs smoothly. The management team is very responsive whenever we’ve reached out with maintenance requests or questions, and they make sure to send out communication emails with important updates. Alex, the Assistant Property Manager, has been a standout since day one. He’s approachable, warm, professional, and always willing to help and go above and beyond. I really appreciate how he made us feel at home since the moment we came in to inquire about an apartment and how he constantly checks in to make sure we’re happy with everything whenever I see him. Living here for the past 2 years has been amazing. Alex goes above and beyond to ensure that living at Legacy is a great experience . He is very kind and anything you need he takes care of quickly and effectively. The same is true with the maintenance. The property is well maintained and everything is always very convenient. The parking package, and trash system is a dream compared to other buildings. Convenient is the best way to describe living here. If I could rate the management more than 5 stars, I would!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at Legacy at 19th, especially regarding Assistant Property Manager Alex Dilone. Our mid-February move-in was remarkably smooth thanks to Alex's outstanding assistance. From day one, Alex impressed us with his friendly demeanor and genuine helpfulness. He guided us through the move-in process with remarkable efficiency, transforming what could have been stressful into something simple and straightforward. Alex has consistently been attentive and responsive to all our questions and concerns. He addresses everything with patience and warmth, always ready to lend a helping hand. Great place. Regarding the various concerns I see in other reviews: 1. I appreciate that the building has a strict “No BASS After 10PM” rule. The walls are thick and rarely do I hear much from next door, but I do hear when the bass is prominent and we work early morning so it works. 2. They come in monthly to both fumigate change your air conditioning filter, but that’s fine as long as they notify well beforehand (which they do.) 3. Parking for guests is annoying, considering it’s on the street and barely available. 4. I love the rooftop lounge, I do wish it was open later hours like before but I can imagine someone must’ve ruined that for all of us lol. 5. Staff is amazing 6. Security measures taken to get into both the building and elevator are highly appreciated, for both women and chil
