My stepmom has been without AC for 3+ weeks, no internet for 6+ weeks, even though management is aware. You can't get a human to answer a phone to voice complaints. Place used to be the place to be for old age. Now it's a dump. Halls, elevators, and basement all smell of marijuana. You literally can't get away from the smell. Price is not worth what you get. Cockroaches are a huge issue, and good luck getting an elevator as odds are, only one works. I would never recommend this place to my worst friend. Management is only looking for money, not helping the folks that live there.
Nice place. Management is responsible within reason. Great view. Patient staff. Now if only some of the delivery drivers would follow directions.
