This is the best value apartment you can find in SLU near to meta amazon offices we are here for like 6 months and the experience is smooth, management team is top notch - naomi, Sal, josiah, oliver shoutout to these people for working tirelessly to make our experience even better. Leeward hosts events every month which is a good ice breaker if you wanna make new friends, it’s the gym and amenities that helped us making the decision of choosing leeward out of all the other options. They have their own resident app that helps in a lot of ways. Overall - you will not regret paying high rent here ( if you think it’s high for you) because living here is worth every cent. Highly recommended ( not a paid review 😆)

I first moved here in September of 2023. I visited all the apartment complexes in the surrounding neighborhood and Leeward was without a doubt a #1 contender. The indoor gym was better than any other apartment gym I've seen. The club room tripled as a place of work, a large venue to host parties in, and a relaxing place to unwind from a long days work with bocce ball, ping pong, billiards, tabletop games, or some retro arcade games. What really sold me was the amazing rooftop view that overlooks South Lake Union and has a panoramic view of the city. The roof top was an amazing place to see the Blue Angels during fleet week and the fireworks for the 4th of July. This only speaks to the amenities that the property offers. Sal has been very helpful during the eventual hiccups that come with the moving process. Facilities were always clean. Leasing office was accessible and friendly. Maintenance always came within 1-2 days and when expected. Great place to live!

I was visiting someone who lives here, (and maybe I just got lucky) but we got a free breakfast served in the lobby. The rooftop also has amazing views, and the amenities seem to be up to the mark (though I didn't really use any). The managing community looks to be extremely proactive and like they want to make sure everyone living here is pleased and comfortable. Again, not a resident, but I really enjoyed my stay here.
