We were very pleased with our experience with Leesa Byrnes Realty this summer. Lenore and Leesa guided us through the process of selling our parent’s home. They were fully transparent and honest about all the offers we had on the home. We always knew when it was being shown by receiving texts. We were kept up to date on any offers that were made. My husband and I went to the first open house and were mesmerized by the incredible transformation from an old house that hadn’t been updated in 30 years to a beautiful home that will become someone’s dream home. Leesa helped us get a dumpster to empty some of the contents easily. Both Leesa and Lenore were a pleasure to work with.

Sold the house for us in August. All I wanted was it to go to a nice family. The nice family who wanted it we were not told about their final offer because the agent felt it was "too fast" it was sold the following week to the "leesa's guy" relisted 2 months later by same agency for 150k more. Apparently the buyer wasn't a nice family who wanted to move back to sayville. Money makes people ugly update, Regarding the newest review for this house, (JC) reviews are only as honorable as the person writing them. If in fact that new review were true and accurate, why would I have text communications from that reviewer stating the opposite. Stating that she was not told about one of the offers and stating that Leesa took "her guy to measure the house and the only reason she knew was Because

Hi, It was a pleasure to work with Leesa Byrnes Realty. Listed House during the christmas holidays ( slow time for real estate). I had multiple reality based offers after the first open house. I made a counter offer and accepted one of the offers. Just before signing the contract they contacted me to let me know they had an even better offer ( full asking price).
