The worst apartment I have ever lived in! They are super rude in the office and they always deny you any help! 1105 W Mahl St Edinburg Tx has rats in the walls and the building is full of black mold. Their way of fixing the problem is painting over the mold or they will ask you to leave and they will not give you your deposit back. Your rental rights are gonna get violated no matter what. All our furniture and clothes started getting messed up!

Me and my fiancé decided to begin our new journey, and came across the perfect house, before viewing the home, we made sure that were qualified before beginning our search. We called prior without viewing the home to ask if we couldn’t before hand put the deposit, we were denied and asked to first come into the home. As we were crunched in time, we still made time to visit the home and soon after applied. Meeting the requirements, we were turned down due to “not having any credit”(Super insane), yet we have credit & all documents to prove it. The realtor began laughing and saying it wasn’t them, yet she kept saying “our system”. We feel as this realty company is being racist and denying our application. We live in one of the condos and the rent is not cheap. It includes a pool which hasn’t been available since we moved in. After 8 months of living here I called to see if they were gunna ever get it running and she said she didn’t know. Shouldn’t they try a little harder since I’m assuming it’s part of the high rent they are charging us. It’s ridiculous. Fix the pool people!!

My girlfriend lives here. If you like tons of garbage and nieghbors throwing dirty diapers everywhere, right out the from door.and nobody taking action from management, you like the third world feeling, this is the place for you. Management is more interested in filling rental space than evicting what is known to be a problem. Just come by and look at the dirty diapers and trash and see for yourself. Management doesn't care. I'm moving her out of here as soon as possible.

Not nice people rude! Don't give anything right when it comes to their application process. Application & $30 fee which is fine, but give details on how you want money orders for rental & deposits! DON'T BE RUDE
