Having been both a landlord and a tenant over the past twenty years, I was thrilled to have such a positive experience renting a home through this company when I moved to the area. They were incredibly professional, thorough, and responsive to my needs as a tenant, respecting my privacy while simultaneously addressing the needs of the property owner. For example, I experienced a minor water leak at one point and not only did LPM have an after-hours emergency line I was able to call, but they had the issue fixed and a restoration team out the next morning to ensure there were no long-term issues with water damage or mold that could cause problems for the owner in the future. As owners, we have been very happy with their attention to detail and general care of the home, as well as finding good tenants fast. They are easy to get in touch with, always helpful to answer questions and very prompt. We served in the military and have had the experience of being renters many times over. Sure wish we would have had managers like Lee property for the places we rented! From my experience they get repairs done as quickly as possible and keep tenants happy. That is so important.
