My daughter lives here the management and maintenance crew are terrible they had a leak in my daughters apartment in dec on 2 level of apartment. she has 3 children and is pregnant they didnt remove the mold caused from the leak from toliet upstairs they didnt even have it cleaned properly now there is black mold all through her apartment they the management alisha and main boss brandy are saying it isn't mold and that they cant smell anything and that theres nothing they can do. we have multiple videos and pictures to prove it is MOLD they dont want there tenants to have a safe environment apparently they love to let children and pregnant women live in hazardous and unhealthy conditions mold is highly deadly and my grandkids and daughter are allergic this isnt the only unit this has happe

Rent based on your income. Most of these are townhomes, they aren't that bad. Getting repairs done are sometimes difficult and not with out judgement. Neighbors are nosy and petty but manger is all about stopping the drama when she can. Washer and dryer area always seems to be having issues. It's free just not reliable and there are no hookups in the homes

Keep deleting my comment. I was told to.move out within 10 days because of a dispute with my neighbor and my guest. The new manager at the time said she wouldn't put it on my credit nor in the system, so I could get housing elsewhere. Also my apartment had squatters before I moved in, who heavily damaged the place, it never got fixed or cleaned by them, I was the one to do it all. Decade later they changed their mind. Trying to charge me and claiming I have drug charges?? Never once have I ever. Every time I called it was either no answer or "do you have proof?" The management before took photos and documented everything. They have it, but are ignoring the whole "not getting charged for what I did not do"

Its laid back and safe place to live they do a lot for their residents like have activities for children and help with school supplies etc… ymca comes through and gives meals out over the summer good working heat and air , cozy, the managers are nice and do their best as well

I love living here only problem I have is getting staff to answer the phone. And getting maintenance to come to our home to fix anything. I called them on my stove and they said they would be here. I waited and canceled my day with my niece for them to show up and they never did. I don’t sleep great at all at night and I’m up early this morning waiting on them still haven’t showed up. Someone needs to do something about the staff. We pay our rent on time we shouldn’t have to be the ones waiting on them.
