I called and set up an appointment to get the house re-inspected after hurricane Ian. I received emails and texts from the company letting me know when and what to expect. Ken showed up just before the appointed time. He introduced himself to me and went right to work answering every question I tossed at him. He was fast thorough and polite. The company I hired prior to Ian after we originally purchased the house didn’t do what Ken did. If you need an inspection on your property call John and set up an appointment you won’t be sorry.
