Lee & Associates NYC

We hired Lee & Associates for a tough space we had in SoHo. We had been trying to lease this space for years and had hired multiple brokers. Although it was a long and arduous road, the Lee & Associates crew put in a full team effort and got it done. Their leasing team is smart, hardworking, has a great reputation and understands the importance of relationships. Greg Tannor brought the tenant directly, there was no outside broker. Very grateful for the work we have done with them, and we definitely plan to work with them more in the future!

I can’t tell which word better describes Adam, clown or crook. I was interested in an apartment in Manhattan, for which he informed me there would be a 12% fee on the ENTIRE YEAR. Not a month’s rent or half month (appropriate in the current soft market environment), but TWELVE PERCENT. For what? Responding to a a web form from an app that he has nothing to do with and unlocking a door? Complete joke do not use this brokerage!

This agency seems like they information farm and are completely irresponsible with the sensitive financial information they require for one of their apartments. They do not communicate and have lied more than once. I’m not even sure they really had access to a property. If I were a landlord I wouldn’t work with these people.

Lee Residential is one of the best companies I've worked with. They worked with me for nearly three months to find an apartment. Couldn't have been happier.
