This is by far the worst property management company I have ever dealt with, and I strongly warn anyone considering renting from them — don’t. Living here has been a nightmare. The rat infestation alone should have shut this place down. Rats in walls, ceilings, near trash areas, and signs of them inside buildings. It’s not occasional — it’s constant. Management acts concerned when you complain, but nothing meaningful ever gets done. Requests are ignored, delayed, or brushed off. You’ll spend more time chasing them than they spend fixing anything. It feels completely neglected and poorly run. The property conditions are unacceptable for what tenants are paying. Sanitation and maintenance are clearly not priorities here. UPDATE: The landlord, Crystal Byrd Ogbadu, owes me thousands of dollars and is ghosting me about it. I found out that for the past 2+ years, the heater, washer and dryer, and common lighting for the entire 3-unit building I live in is connected to my private meter, and I am liable for utilities which I have no control over. Now they aren't responding to my messages. What's more, since I complained about their violations of my rights, they have scheduled repeated "annual" inspections at the property, threatening me with eviction if I do not comply, I believe in retaliation for my complaints and starting a tenant's association. Richard is unprofessional and disrespectful. He does not care about tenants, only profit, and has no problem exploiting and threatening people. Another power hungry abusive landlord who wants to be a cop. AVOID.

Leasing Baltimore is a professional leasing company. I have used them for several tenant turnovers with quality tenants. They are very responsive and reliable. They provide expectations and keep their clients abreast with status updates. They have good resources and I am pleased with the level of support I have received from the company... and I am not the easiest to be satisfied.

Leasing Baltimore provides excellent service by responding promptly to my emails about property tours, assisted with creating my client portfolio, available within 24hrs for any questions or concerns. I am currently working with Richard Anderson, Director of Operations, who has a friendly, sincere, welcoming personality. I plan to be a tenant at a property he manages.
