⭐ 1 Star – Incompetent, Misleading, and Completely Disorganized This property management company is a mess from start to finish. They do not answer their phones. Their voicemail is always full. Emails go ignored for days. Their technology is outdated and barely functional, yet they continue taking multiple applications at once with no transparency. When they do respond, it’s with form emails instead of actual answers. On 10/13/25, I contacted them about a rental and couldn’t reach anyone by phone. I eventually connected through Zillow and toured the home with their agent, who stated there was only one applicant who wasn’t moving in until December, strongly implying I had a real chance. We moved into 351 Haigler and they had not done any maintenance on the home in a year. We had set expectations when we applied and they promised to get it square away. They never did. We found mold in the home and they never resolved the issue. Anytime I contacted them it was an attitude. We had no hot water and they blamed us. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

1.5 months with a non-working refrigerator until the property management company finally fixed it. They will not follow the lease agreement regarding the termination date of your lease, so they will keep your security deposit. I rented a unit managed by this company, and after more than 10 years of renting experience, I can confidently say I will never rent from them again.
