The LeaderOne Financial team is professional, knowledgeable and attentive. They walked with us from day one until the finish line. Everything went smoothly and quickly. The online signing process was great so we spent minimal time in the office at closing. We will definitely use them again and recommend to anyone looking to get a mortgage or refinance one.

I would highly recommend John and his team. Communication was prompt, clear, and efficient. The personalized videos explaining details about my loan were a nice touch. Everyone was pleasant to work with. Closed in 30 days despite some snags and Thanksgiving in the middle.

The process for a mortgage loan started off well, but the person helping us just gave us radio silence and we were forced to go to a different lender. Communication kind of sucks on their part. You are doing business with them and chose them for a potential loan, yet the basic act of calling or responding to an email seems to escape them. Anyways, fellow consumer, beware. Find a lender that at least will have the courtesy to communicate, not putting you through the ringer by sending tons of personal info and dropping off the face of the planet.
