Lea Woodstock

I've been at The Lea Woodstock for just over three months and have been very pleased thus far. My first contact was with Paige, who listened to my needs and chose the perfect unit for me. The gals in the rental office clearly do their best to be helpful and to keep things running smoothly. My maintenance requests (I've had only two minor issues) have been addressed quickly. The landscaping is lovely and staff takes care to keep the property looking good. The neighborhood is generally quiet and clean. The walkability to Kroger/Walmart/Publix and a myriad of other stores and restaurants is a bonus. If you're looking in the area, I recommend checking out The Lea Woodstock as your potential new home. Four stars because there's ALWAYS room for improvement. :-)

Application process was a hassle and took me a week to get a final move in quote. They want $4600 at move in based on conditional approval for a 3rd floor apartment at $2100/month. Meanwhile another apartment complex I am approved for is only $3200 for a townhouse with an attached garage at $2600/month. Unless you have completely perfect credit, I'd look elsewhere. Leasing agents are completely nice. The move in price is just outrageous for such a cheap apartment.

The staff; Brenda, Paige and Brooke are absolutely incredible! They made the application process extremely smooth. They all are willing to step in for each other for a very customer centric experience. I highly recommend Lea Woodstock.

I've been here 6 months now. I love this place! I'm on a first floor and have the sun room which my cats love! Even though the apartment is listed as just under 1,000 sq ft, it feels much larger! I am very fortunate that I am located less than 100 feet from the pool as well! Apartment is a blank slate for you to put your personal touches on as well! If you are wondering, the blue light in the kitchen is a rope light and makes for a great night light!

Initially thought this property was a nice location for a reasonable price recommended to me by extended family, but i was proven wrong. The car wash amenities are broken despite being advertised, and the dog park is in severe disrepair.The trash compactor breaks down often, either because of mechanical failure or because people dump random furniture inside. When these matters are brought up to the leasing office it seems that only Paige really know what’s going on most of the time. I hope the company turns it around but as of now, cannot recommend.
