Lea Boulevard Apartments

It's a terrible place to live because it constantly smells like dog poop, and the tenants smoke marijuana inside their apartments. There's no control over anything, despite what they tell you; it's a complete disaster. Even worse, there's a small storage area in the basement, but I wouldn't recommend using it because your belongings will get stolen, and nobody takes responsibility. Basically, it's like a pigsty.

I've been here a little under a year and all I can say it's been a very positive experience.I love the lady in the office she is so sweet, and the maintenance guys are on fire you call about anything and poof he shows up by your door to correct it. The kitchens could be updated a little bit, but the apartment is very big and neat.I really enjoy it here.
