Three hours of leaf blowers early morning. NOT how you’d like to sleep peacefully or be woken up. And what does the result show? Nothing but lazy landscaping who don’t own brooms or rakes, and Essex Property Management who could care less about the residents. If you can live elsewhere- I highly recommend that you do. This is crap. And the grounds still look horrible after it’s done. No effort on flowers or trees or a clean environment. Add to this - NO ONSITE MANAGER. Since the pandemic Essex moved them out and locked up the leasing office building onsite. They moved managers to cover multiple properties remotely. LeParc has had NO ONSITE MANAGER SINCE 2020. And good luck reaching those remote staff; no call backs or replies. They simply DON’T CARE. No overnight security patrols either; th

Moved over a week back (as of this review). Really like the place, apartment has a nice vibe to it. However, the move-In experience was really bad. Management takes forever to respond. Couple of issues I faced (am facing): 0. Apartment was handed over without proper cleaning. 1. 90% of the blinds didn't work/had issues, multiple windows did not function properly. 2. Dishwasher leaked water on run (they said they'll replace it). 3. Refrigerator made weird noise (they replaced it, but took some convincing). 4. Radiator in one of the rooms had it's covering on the floor (basically useless). This blew my mind though, microwave exhaust does not have exhaust pipe, it just blows air from the top of microwave into the kitchen. I’ve lived here for almost 4 years and would recommend it to those who asked. No place is perfect, but this is a quiet (for the most part) and safe complex. The maintenance crew is prompt, communicative and very kind. I’ve been thankful for their patience with different issues through the years. I’m glad to have called this place home for a while and I’ll be sad to leave it. Below is an illustration of my room while living here.<3 Hope this review helps if you are searching for a new place.

Horrible staff communication - except for the outstanding maintenance team. Repeated Water shut offs with no advance notice. They pay a lawnscaping company to spend hours with leaf blowers - total noise disturbance with little to show by way of results - except disturbing residents paying substantial rents. Since the pandemic the on-site leasing office has been locked up and residents get no quality access to any onsite management. Don’t be fooled by false claims of “on-site management”. Residents are definitely not the priority and Essex Property Management has done nothing to remedy the situation.
