Le Mirage Apartments

ALL TRICKS NO TREATS!!!!! I moved into le mirage in September of 2024 after being there a month we had started experiencing ants and not just here and there excessive amounts for example I had left my soda on the window seal one day for about 30 minutes and when I went back for it, I didn’t want to drink it anymore so I went to pour it out in the sink where I then found that there where 20-30 ants inside my soda. They then stopped in November and we didn’t have any problems for a couple months. Then in April we started experiencing gnats again an excessive amount I was killing 7 gnats just in the morning hours when I was barely waking up I complained and it took them a week or two to come spray I explained to them that I thought it was my downstairs neighbor because of how dirty their wind

This apartment complex is awesome! I’ve been here for two years and everytime I have a problem they’re always there to fix it. The front office is super friendly and Jessica and Cristina are super helpful! I have absolutely no problems with this apartment. I recommend this apartment for anyone who is looking for one for the first time!

We have lived here for almost 10 years now and have enjoyed the community so much. The whole team at the office has always taken such good care of us throughout the years. They have become family to us. It’s a great community to live in!!

Maintenance guys are terrific. They’re right on the ball. I put a work order in on the 26h and he was at my door this morning on the 28th.2025I appreciate the promptness. Thank you so much! 🙂

I really like the way the staff handles issues. I needed a new mail key, I went in to the Leasing office for a new key. Jessica was so great, she always smiles and with in the time frame she gave me I had a new key. Thank you Jessica! Thank You, Melinda
