LC Line & Low

I had the most amazing hard hat tour of Line & Low with Amy yesterday! She took me all around the complex, highlighting the community spaces and went over 4 different floor plans that would best fit my living needs. I felt like I got to fully see everything available and all my questions were welcome. She followed up with a detailed e-mail going over everything we discussed (all prices, all fees, etc.) which I really appreciate. She totally sold me, I can't wait to move in when this is finished!

I had the most amazing hard hat tour with Sara. She showed me multiple units and took extra time to walk me around until I felt comfortable in the space so much so that I applied on the spot. Ray and Amy have also been amazing in answering all follow up questions I have. Super excited to move in!

I had the pleasure of touring LC Line and Low, and I can’t say enough about what an outstanding experience it was. The property is stunning — beautifully designed with thoughtful details throughout — and it perfectly captures the charm and modern energy of Charleston living. A special shout-out to Sara and Dan, who have been absolutely wonderful to work with. They’re incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and passionate about the community they represent. Their insights and hospitality made the entire experience not only informative but truly enjoyable. If you’re considering Line and Low, I can’t recommend the team — and the property — highly enough.

Horrible complex, lived here for 5 years for them to blow me off about my electrical outlet sizzling when it’s on, very serious fire hazard but I get a “oh no it’s fine”. Mind you I’ve had settlement issues for 2 years and my floor is caving in, but you know it’s another “oh no it’s fine”
