LB Hunt Management Group has been so great to work with for the past three years. If there was ever an issue (hardly ever) or need, their team was quick to respond and follow through. My apartment was great and you could tell work had been done, and updates had been made, prior to moving in. Bottom line: they are professional and easy to work with. They helped make my move to, and time in, Salt Lake City a lot less stressful.

I lived in a space operated by LB Hunt for almost 3 years. Holly always made sure to respond quickly to any issues/questions I had. The building was always well kept and I always felt safe as well which is very important since I was living in the heart of downtown. Thank you!

Rent back agreement was not honored after property was returned early (upon request). The disputed "pro-rated" amount was only a few hundred dollars but their response was simply thank you for returning early but we will simply call the settlement even. Do not trust this company with deposits or verbal agreements. Make sure to have everything documented.

Our asset has been well-maintained, problems solved quickly and tenant Retention remains high. This company has been helping us with the redevelopment of the property and relocation of tenants. We couldn’t have done it without them.

The folks at LB Hunt are very professional and take great care of the spaces they manage. I have felt they have dealt with me as a tenant in a very positive way.
