Layton Grove

Positive experience with Tes. I didn’t like neighbors placing garbage on the ground. It’s started blowing everywhere. I called Friday and the lady stated it will be picked up today ( Monday) it hasn’t it’s worse. Also the guest spots near my apartment are crowded and was nowhere for my guest to part. Outside of those things going on it’s a nice place and it’s quiet for the most part. Thank you!

The rental renew was a simple process. However, the price of the rent is too high for my budget. They have increased it a lot for this new lease.

Very bad pest problem!! I’ve been reporting it to maintenance and the leasing office they don’t do anything and takes them days to check it out. Also I know they were aware of the issue before I moved in so many reviews saying the same thing. Been here for 3 and half months worst experience ever for my first apparent. Bed bugs , roaches and mice nothing is being treated staff are very rude and never in the office at office hours they are supposed to be open. I’ve asked if I can break my lease they offered to move me into a new unit and I denied , and also said if I break my lease I would have to go to court and would not get security deposit back and if I were to move into a new unit I would still have to pay another deposit. Please don’t rent from here!!! Save yourself the headache. For the amount they’re charging, you’re better off moving a few blocks up the street and getting a loft-style apartment with more space and way quieter neighbors. Let’s talk facts: Roaches. These buildings are INFESTED. Instead of addressing the actual source, they just “treat” your unit and leave the problem units untouched. Animal feces. Pets are literally using the hallways as their bathroom—and guess what? Nothing gets done. Smoking & nasty behavior. They claim no smoking on balconies, but every time you pull in, there’s someone puffing away or straight up having intercourse outside like it’s a motel. The leasing office? A joke. Do not move here! Within the 1 year of living at Layton grove I experienced large amounts of animal feces left everywhere outside, dumpster over flowing every week, and a MICE infestation. I would call the leasing office over and over and they found it very difficult to send maintenance, which is a service we are charged for monthly, over to resolve the issue. I ended up having to contact Wisconsin Health Services to help press Layton Grove to resolve the infestation. Absolutely terrible experience. Save your money and preserve your peace of mind and steer clear of Layton Grove Apartments!
