I have closed with Tasha 4 times now. She provides EXCELLENT customer service. She communicates well throughout the process. She is a top notch closer and helps make your experience go as pleasantly as possible from start to finish. I highly recommend her and Lawyer’s Title. You won’t regret it!

2nd time they helped me,filed some paperwork for me in Kaufman, and advised me on some tax issues. Very helpful and explained some things i didn't understand. Definitely a return customer in the future

Kristi Hoggatt I hate that your experience with Lawyers Title Company was less than excellent. We strive to satisfy our customers. Your file had some challenges. I did communicate that I could not fund your closing until we had the updated title commitment. Unfortunately this is out of our hands.

I have sold many houses in my life time and have never experienced so much dis function with a title company as this one. Many mistakes, no communication, several different closing dates due to errors made. I was told closing was at 12:00 yesterday, then moved to 4:00, then 4:30 to learn I would sign papers but will not receive funding until today… still no funding. I asked to get copies of the papers I signed, nothing!!! Now she left for the day with not even a Phone call to let me know I won’t be getting funding and I don’t know when. I called the office to talk to someone who said she would try to find out what’s going on and it’s been over an hr and still NOTHING! So unprofessional and too many mistakes, and I would advise to find another title company for your needs.

I can't begin to express how disappointed I am with the service I received at Lawyers Title Company. The staff was inattentive and disorganized, which led to several delays in our closing process. Communication was severely lacking; I had to chase them down for updates regularly. This experience was stressful, time-consuming, and utterly unprofessional. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere for your title services.
