Excessive charges, awful to work with. Unfortunately had to use them because my client is buying a bank owned home. They’re charging my client a $900 FNMAE escrow fee, which is a closing fee for processing the file, plus a ton of other charges. Also, since my client is paying cash for the home, they’re just sending her emailed documents to e-sign. So my client is paying them $900 for them to not even offer a physical closing, and for my client to do her own thing. Plus they’re charging my client $132+ in fedex fees, to mail checks out for commission. Never seen such excessive charges for such a limited “service”

The worst title company. I didn't pick it but my seller did. Issue and error after error. They also changed their mind on stuff like saying they won't send a refund check over $1000 but then saying yes they will after the deal was closed. Ridiculous.

Tammy was just so nice and pleasant. She was Great help...
