Best value in Westchester county for rental apartments. Less than 1 mile from MTA station. Modern updated kitchens, clean, well maintained property. If you like quiet, secure, and safe, this is your place. Elaine the owner and Bill the community manager are easily accessible and quick to respond to tenants needs. Not many places like this anymore, well done Lawrence Terrace!
I've been living here for a few months now and so far this place is wonderful. The apartments are spacious, great looking, comfortable and well equipped. The area is peaceful and the staff is very responsive and friendly!
Very friendly community. Quiet, relatively large apartments. Well maintained; property manager very responsive. Large storage space and use of exercise room included in rent.
Very unprofessional, especially staff member Johana.
Slumlords know there is mold in building 54 and have no intention of fixing the leak in the wall and expect people to finish their lease. thank god im moving.
