I have lived at this apartment for about 15 months, and unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing. At the beginning, everything seemed fine, but soon after moving in we discovered a mouse in the unit. For more than six months, management was unable to resolve the issue. Every time I contacted the leasing office, they told me there was nothing they could do other than call pest control. Pest control visited multiple times and placed traps, but the mouse was never caught. Living with this situation for months was very stressful and uncomfortable. For an extended period of time, I experienced a roach issue in my apartment that caused significant stress and emotional strain. I reported the problem through the appropriate channels and hoped for a timely and lasting resolution. While some efforts were made, the issue continued, which made it difficult for me to feel comfortable and at ease in my own living space. So, they sent me a balance ledger yesterday for a move out. And I know for a fact my unit was able to be moved into in 2 days. When I originally moved in carpet definitely wasn’t cleaned but it’s cool. I cleaned it myself. But for them to charge me for blinds when the window seal was tight and whatever magnetic part in the blind that allows it to pull up when you raise it stopped on all the blinds. So they want to charge me for a Kroger bag of trash that was mistakenly left. $613 is crazy!!! I would never rent here again neither will I tell anyone to live. Not to mention living with roaches and people breaking into your car. Never again!!!💔I work in this industry and as a maintenance guy I would have loved my apartment the way it was left. My daughter had a very bad experience only living here a month her apartment was infested with roaches. They’re in the baseboards in the inside of the refrigerator in the cracks of the door and the cracks of the cabinet and when this was brought to the attention to the office, they just brushed her off didn’t even acknowledge the situation. Didn’t even try to help with the situation. The staff in the office is very rude. They don’t know how to be professional so I would not recommend this apartment for anyone unless you do your homework.

They will let maintenance come in without your knowledge. They don’t have a schedule for them so they come in anytime they want maybe if it’s emergency they will come right away but that’s kind of iffy. So if you don’t like maintenance, just coming in and out don’t come here.
